Mr. Suresh Babu Chief Executive Officer

Suresh has work experience of more than four decades, twenty years of which was heading the Finance Departments. Suresh Babu has been an entrepreneur and a strategic consultant. His fields of experience span from Manufacturing, FMCG, Automobile Whole Sales Distribution, Construction, Advertising, Claims Management, etc., from various multinational conglomerates like SANYO India, Alloy Rods, Lintas India a Multinational Ad Agency and IRIS Health Services Dubai.

Suresh is an expert not only to see the risks and opportunities behind the numbers, but to act as a strategic business partner with the board. Doing that well requires strong leadership, excellent business turnaround, and team-building skills. As an entrepreneur, Suresh founded Garment Export House for exporting garments to the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. He has also founded an OOH Advertising Company.

Now, Suresh has started Outsourcing Companies in Dubai, Bangalore and Kochi for the Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, Claim Process, IT, Investment management, VC, Angel Fund and Crowd Funding, Banking Facilities, Business Valuation, Intangible Assets Valuation, business turnaround, etc. As a strategy consultant, Suresh has consulted with various companies in UAE including digital advertising, FMCG Import and distribution, Cloud Engineering Technology, etc. His work also included numerous start-ups and VC.

Suresh is a highly qualified finance professional with a proven track record of success. He holds a Post Graduate in Commerce with a cost accounting degree, as well as a number of prestigious certifications, including the Harvard Business School Leading with Finance certification, the IIM Indore PG in Emerging CFO program, and the Generative AI Intensive from Growth School. Suresh is an expert in a wide range of financial topics, including financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, risk management, and treasury management. He is also a highly skilled communicator and presenter, and he is able to clearly and concisely explain complex financial concepts. In his previous role as a financial analyst at a large multinational corporation, Suresh was responsible for developing and implementing financial models, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. He also played a key role in the company’s investment decision-making process. Suresh is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. He is also a team player with a strong work ethic. He is confident that he can make a significant contribution to any organization that he joins.

Mr. Jinu Raju Chief Operating Officer

Jinu gained around two decades of experience working as a Human Resources professional. As an expert HR professional, he helps organizations to achieve business goals through effective HR strategies. His area of expertise includes manpower planning, recruitment and employee onboarding, skill gap analysis and training, employee engagement and stress management, industrial relations management, administration & public relations. His fields of experience spans across Insurance, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, International Business, FMCG, Wellness, BPO industries.

Partnered with large and medium scale organizations both in the Middle East and India such as IRIS Group, HLL Lifecare Limited, Cosmoplast Ind Co LLC, KIMS Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, etc., to recruit, develop, engage and retain human assets. As a HR and Admin Head, Jinu has exposure in setting up of manufacturing units, service offices, manufacturing capacity augmentation projects, BPO units and facility enhancements.

Earned Master’s Degree in Personnel Management (MBA HRM) from Pune University, India and MBA in International Business from Hochschule University, Germany. Also successfully completed Advanced Diploma in Modern HR Management, Diploma in Information Technology and Bachelor Degree in Economics from Kerala University. Completed training in Integrated Management Systems, ISO Standards, SAP – Human Capital Module, Labour Laws in India, UAE, Oman & Saudi Arabia, Strategic Leadership Transformation Management and more.

He has excellent leadership and organising skills. He’s equipped with well-developed interpersonal skills and strategic human resources management skills. He has another side that is more into writing, composing lyrics and reading which makes him relax.

Mr. Shabeeb Ibrahim Hassan Chief Business Officer

Shabeeb has more than fifteen years of experience in the MENA region as a Digital Media and Technology expert. Have led digital transformation projects for many global and regional brands across various verticals in Airlines, Telecom, eCommerce, Banking, Automotive, Real Estate, Property, FMCG, etc. His expertise in problem-solving, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational improvements is commendable.

His career started with Omnicom Media Group in Dubai, UAE. Associated with prestigious brands like Etihad Airways, Visa Middle East, Hyatt MENA, Nissan, Infinity (Arabia). Specialized in performance marketing across the digital channel, digital engagement, website optimization, digital brand management, direct response, and guiding dashboard creation team, with sufficient experience in SEO, paid social and analytics across airlines, telecom, automotive, FMCG, real estate, and financial services.

His primary skills include performance strategy, managing a team’s performance, team leadership, SEO/CRO guidance, CRM guidance, new business development, performance media planning, dashboard support member, direct response campaigns, digital media planning, affiliate marketing & chatter monitoring & crisis resolution management.

Experience and expertise in delivering efficient business solutions through data and modern technology always brought innovation and excellence to the team’s performance.

Ms. Rinimol M R
Vice President (Human Resources)

Rinimol has more than ten years of work experience in various industries in UAE and India. Her extensive knowledge and experience in human resources includes recruitments, compensation and benefits negotiation, employee onboarding, training and development, employee grievances management, welfare, personal counselling, financial counselling, legal counselling, health insurance, etc. She has vast experience in sourcing and selection of candidates in all categories of employees including senior level management professionals to engineers and executives in industries including Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), Insurance, FMCG, Retail, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Business Process Outsourcing, Hospitals, Tourism and Hospitality, etc. She is a trained professional in recruitment application tracking software like Oorwin, Salesforce and Odoo. She has also exposure and expertise in contract and client agreement negotiation with employees, HR leaders, business owners and trade union leaders in various industries.

Rinimol was associated with Bharatiya Sahayata Kendra, Indian Embassy Dubai, UAE as Welfare Officer, Cover Match Technologies, Dubai, UAE as Client Service Executive and Human Resources Administrator, Geojit Financial Services Ltd., Kochi, Kerala as Client Services Executive and Financial Counsel and Gayatri Vidya Parishad College, Visakhapatnam, India as Guest Lecturer for Management Studies.

She has successfully completed Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA – Human Resources and Marketing) and Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, Psychology and Office Management from Andhra University, India.
